At Fletcher Inspections Transparency, clarity, and getting you as much information as possible is our goal. All Home Inspection reports come with an interior thermal imaging video of the house. Thermal imaging technology helps aid in finding deficiencies that may otherwise not be readily visible. Typical inspections when accessible include mold (lab tests are additional), negative air pressure insulation and air leakage thermal imaging, attic & crawlspace,  roof, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation & ventilation, plumbing, interior (includes typical use appliances). Side sewer scope video to city main optional.

The Home Inspection reports are detailed as well as comprehensive and interactive. The reports include pictures and descriptions identifying deficiencies, what actions are recommended and how soon they should be addressed. Items in the report come with links to more detailed information and graphics to help educate you about that item.
